The 16 modules in the hardcover student text are designed to be covered in 32-36 weeks.  These modules introduce the history of science, scientific inquiry, experimentation, simple machines, archaeology, geology, paleontology, fossils, the fossil record, life, classification of life, the human body, energy, the digestive system, the respiratory system, the lymphatic system, the reproductive system, the urinary system, and the nervous system. As with the entire series, the book is written to be understandable.  God's creation is the main theme of this book.
