Reading this article (below), written by Kelli Miller, reminded me yet another reason why homeschooling is so beneficial. It was not until around our sons senior year and first year in college that he was diagnosed with a mild case of ADD. At first, I felt terrible that I never realized it. "How could I have homeschooled him and not seen it?" But then I began to understand why it was not evident to us. We love Sonlight, Mystery of History and No grass for our history curriculum because each one has been the best for our four children, depending on their ages, learning abilities or challenges.
